Refund & Return Policy

At SkincareBasics, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)

For hygiene and safety reasons, used skincare tools cannot be returned.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or opened products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items returned without prior approval

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item

We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order details.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be processed and shipped.
